What furniture can go?

Start with sofas and loveseats, armchairs, dressers, ordinary tables, chairs, desks, nightstands and ready-to-carry bed frames. Pick the exact type and quantity in the item selector.

A dining table and its chairs are separate items. Mattresses and ready-to-carry bed frames are also separate items in the selector. Box springs and foundations need a custom photo quote from Chasin. For sectionals, oversized pieces or anything you cannot identify in the selector, text photos before planning a pickup.

For an appliance alongside your furniture, a safely disconnected household stove is $90 as a single standard-access item. Utility disconnection is not included; send photos of built-in or uncertain appliances before selecting a price.

What the standard price covers

Indoor carrying and hauling are included for eligible household items with a clear, ground-floor route to the vehicle. You do not need to put eligible furniture outside first.

Tell us about steps, elevators, narrow turns, long carries, attached pieces or required dismantling. Send photos of the item and its exit route so Chasin can review the work before confirming a price.

Use the item selector for a combined price when removing more than one item. Do not multiply a single-item price to estimate a mixed load.

Prepare for a straightforward pickup

1. Choose the furniture to remove. Empty drawers, shelves and storage compartments, and separate anything you want to keep.
2. Check the route from the furniture to the exit. Tell Chasin about access restrictions, parking and special handling before agreeing to the job.
3. Send your removal address and preferred date by text. Your requested date becomes a scheduled pickup only after confirmation.

Away from the property?

You can arrange a removal without being there when you provide permission and workable access. Clearly identify every item to remove and every item to leave.

Confirm the approved scope and access with Chasin before the visit. You receive cleared-area completion photos. Additional items or a change in access need your approval before extra work proceeds.
