The approved quote covers the agreed removal. New items, a larger load or different access require review and your approval before extra work. Tell Chasin about changes before the crew arrives whenever possible.
Household furniture and belongings are reviewed individually. Hazardous chemicals, medical waste, asbestos and other regulated materials require specialist handling; do not assume they are accepted in a cleanup.
Arrange access, even when you are away
You do not need to be at the property if you give permission, approve the removal and arrange workable access with Chasin in advance.
Confirm entry arrangements privately, mark the approved items and identify any restricted areas. We send cleared-area completion photos to the authorized customer.

Before your pickup
What does the $100 starting price buy?
It is the minimum starting quote for the larger-cleanup path. Your total depends on the actual items, volume and access reviewed for your job. It is not an all-inclusive whole-home price, a deposit or a minimum added to the standard furniture catalog.
Does the 24-hour quote window mean next-day removal?
No. It means a job-specific quote within 24 elapsed hours after Chasin receives complete photos and details. Pickup timing is arranged separately after you approve the scope and price.
Can you disconnect appliances or handle very heavy items?
Send photos and explain the work first. Household appliances must be safely disconnected before standard removal; utility disconnection is not included. Built-ins, special handling and unusually heavy items require explicit review and acceptance.
What happens if I find more items after approving the quote?
Text the additional items before the visit if possible. The existing quote does not silently expand. Chasin reviews the changed scope and gets your approval of any price change before additional removal work.
